I got in around 3AM EDT this morning. I tried using the link in my invoice and I got in on Google Chrome. But when I entered my sign on info it kept taking me back to the login page. That happened about 5 times. So I decided to try the Duck Duck Go browser. It was slow but it gave me the login page, that worked and took me to my account. I opened the invoice and was able to pay. I took a screenshot of my payment confirmation. I logged out, went back to my email and the payment had generated the payment confirmation email. I hope everyone else is able to get in. This has been really stressful.
 
I got in the login page at 3:15am EDT. There was absolutely no delay and payment worked fast and easy. Immediately, my payment end date was changed to July 14. I was shocked how quick it went. Good luck to all.

Four days now of getting a 500 Internal Server Error. This "company," and I use that word lightly, is a total disgrace, and at this rate, it clearly cannot survive, as people will continue to have their service cancelled. None of them will renew again. Some people are getting through, but what is a customer on PDT time supposed to do? Try to log in at 2:00 or 3:00 AM?

Hi are you able to assist. I have the bill payment email and I try to access the link to get onto my profile to pay but I can’t it says critical error. I’m wondering if you have a status or am I trying to access the wrong portal?
 
I've been trying to pay my bill for the last 5 days or so. I try about 10 time per day with no luck. Can anybody help ? I have tried on diff devices android phone, apple phone, google chrome and explorer. Still nothing.
