Games Masters IPTV

My service is still working and hasnt gone down at all. I’ve got a $5 account and its due to expire on the 15th. I’ve emailed a few times and had replies. Last reply I had said they were waiting to see if they were extending peoples services. That was Monday. I emailed again today for an update but nothing yet.

The Saturday morning after the Friday they went down, before they disappeared from discord, they said to submit a ticket for the new server. The new server they sent me was not numbers but a short phrase that kinda suggested they had been hacked. My service has not missed a beat using that server although I cannot setup a new device with it and have to use the latest server for that.

I have received both my invoices for both accounts but obviously cannot pay. I have tried replying to the email but only the once that generate the automated ticket.

I will see what happens of the 15th.

I am experiencing the same thing. I sent an email but no response. Frankly if the webserver is down says "ip address cannot be found" the mail server is probably down too. It seems like their backend or webserver has been unplugged from the dns resolver. Hopefully they will get it plugged back in.

TPK split into TopDog and gmaster not too long ago and both are down. I'm not sure what's going down there...like maybe there are some rivalries going on there...lets just hope it comes back soon.

Maybe they feel they made enough $...we'll have to see.

Let me answer some questions.

GameMaster/TopDog service is a big question mark. Find new service.
GameMaster Payment portal is down. Find new service.
If you are worried about loosing you $5 service. Find new service.
If your service expires on the 15th. NOW is the time to find new service.

Back to regular programming!!

I think Full HD is a Niche option for most services. It comes down to infrastructure and bandwidth. IPTV is scaled across many locations and hosting platforms. A service with high client pool and correct scale I think can provide this option. Downside is the larger the client pool the bigger the target you are.

In the past I had to discontinue an auto-pay account of a service and called my credit card company, using an 800 number listed on the CC statement. They put a stop payment flag on that particular company at no charge and I was never charged for the service again. Hope this helps.

I guess it was with topdog, you can go to topdog.today and start a ticket NOT giving your credit card number just your username writing 'cancel is what they say in their announcement page.
 
Not looking like the service is going away after all since they are looking for alternatives for VOD and Series.

Topdog will stay around but not sure with the split how they will be in a position to support a large customer base. If people were on Topdog panel I think they survive but GameMaster is another story. Personally, not a fan how things went down. Might look for a backup and come back to them once they work out their issues.

I originally went from mintpanel to gamemaster, so I’m not sure of the association to Topdog now.

I agree. I never use vod or catchup unless I miss a UFC fight. And i always ask a provider about that before I renew. Always ask, it couldn't hurt and if there nasty, dump them. Lol
 
Ok well after GM responded to a ticket I raised about paying my invoice. But today because there was no way to pay that invoice It no longer works. Using my backup now but looking for another one. Anyone have further into on GM of another quality service? I think that I seen on this site IPTV Services?

So what does this all mean if you can't pay on GMaster with portal down? Are they just keeping those of us on that have the latest URL / M3U? Someone posted something on an FB page also that sounds similar. My due date around the corner so I'll find out soon enough.

If you do a sub-domain search on GameMaster you will find active entries for their email and server addresses.

As I compose this - Sat 13th June 07:00 - the GM IPTV stream is active and working very well

If you don't have currently active service login details, you've had it.
There's no method to communicate with GameMaster to get a reminder of your User/Password

If you're currently working, but unable to pay your GM invoice, you could try communicating with TopDog Today - many GM customers find they can Login to the TD website using their GM credentials. Not all though.

Once on TD, Raise A Ticket, and explain your GM payment problem.
Many have received responses.

All this nonsense has shown a few things;

How important a backup IPTV service can be.
(perhaps find yourself a new service now, then if GM returns, it can become your backup)

How unselfishly helpful the MODs on this site have been.
Patient, responsive, informative.
They've absolutely no need to be.
Very few of us are their subscribers.

How generous Husham has been in allowing these conversations to take place on his site.
A perfect opportunity for him to push his services, and/or comment on the GM customer service
He's done neither
Husham - much kudos are due.

Completely agree. Very grateful to all the mods and Husham on this forum. Selfless is right. I've given up on GM and moved to my backup Sapphire and will find another backup to take its place. I had been a member of GM for about 5 years as it went through heaps of transitions. I was successful with getting support tickets logged and support until about 3 days ago when my login information just stopped working. They even sent my login details to me to no avail and they just stopped replying to my tickets. All good things must come to an end sometime... Moving on.
 
I have just been able to pay my bill! I emailed them AGAIN and got a response back. I clicked on the link for the ticket and it took me to a new portal! Client Area - Gamers Services I then logged in using my normal details and bingo I could pay!
I have a $5 a month and was on mint/gmasterpanel

In the email it also gave me a new filelinked in number, which I just logged into.
The GMX app is gone and obviously not working but there are guides to using and downloading other apps to run the service.

Thanks. Entering my GM details worked. I still have service but payment is due next week so hopefully this is a light at the end of the tunnel?
