Looks like a billing issue on their side, not something you’re doing wrong.
If PayPal isn’t loading or no invoice shows up, don’t keep retrying.
Quick things to try: • Refresh or try another browser/device
• If Stripe shows up, use that instead of PayPal
• Open a fresh ticket and mention invoice not generated / PayPal not working in the title
Hopefully they sort it soon. For now, best to avoid multiple payment attempts.
