I was asking the same question. I open a ticket just a few minutes ago. Usually when this happens it come back on in 30 minutes, but the server been down for me since yesterday afternoon.

Open a ticket and explain. I think they have been having system errors for a while. I had a grandfathered service terminated last week and they promptly fixed the issue. Be patient as it seems there is a lot of maintenance going on at the moment.
