theyre not doing new subs but will restore expired or cancelled subs. if you can still sign into client area use the ticket system to try it

been down on tivimate fir almost a week. deleted channel list and went to put it back in and keep getting. error like its wrong username or password. ive tied lots if times its the right one . im paid in full and it shows my accout active on site. any ideas?
