Does PDS have a webplayer? By that I mean a URL that one uses on a browser not something like IPTVsmarters.

This may be a stupid question but what does "CC Credit Card" mean? Lastest email says we have to use it for future payments. Is that a specific credit card company? Or just whatever credit card we already have?

Hello, my service has been down for hours. Anyone else experiencing this? I can't find old emails so I don't have link to create a ticket. Grrrr...! Any help welcome.

My service lately has been full of freezing/skipping/looping even after the usual troubleshooting. My other service is running smoothly so I don't think it's my equipment or provider. Any ideas? I've been a customer for years & I'd rather not drop this service.

I received my bill from PDSLive. When I click the bottom links, website etc, I get "Down for maintenance ERR 3". I can't get in to pay my bill or contact support. Any ideas?
