Usually, when this happens, it comes back in a few days. They do give quite a bit of time to renew.

The payment portal came back up a few days ago.

I submitted a support ticket by responding to my renewal email and got an auto reply. I was able to connect to the website that way and login.

They've been around a long long time. Stuff like this has happened in the past and they've bounced back. Will just have to wait and see. I can't access their site either, with or without VPN

Yes I finally got a confirmation after about the 3rd email back and forth that they were down. Unsure why they didn't just say so at the start. But all good now. I always copy/paste the URL so never an issue there.

Same here. Can only access via their online player. Not via tivimate or by entering M3U URL or Xtreme code
