I'm no longer able to log into my service. When I try I get a “no response from server”

I've opened several tickets but not getting any response. Any thoughts on this?

That site can be hit/miss when logging in and paying. I just logged in immediately, but on the 25th, it probably took me 20-30 minutes to pay my bill.

Well, the service is working, and I just logged into the portal. Still not fast, took maybe 15 seconds to log in.

I have been trying to get into the payment portal for over a week to pay and now the subscription expired because no payment was made. Nonsense.

Same Problem with Testlines per Whats App.
By Copy and Paste the subsciption Whats App make a fail.
When i Copy and Paste the line Whats App places Automatic a Letter S in the line.
Http:// changed to https:// so delte the s and all works fine to me.
