Tickets Unanswered

A friend of mine has had tickets unanswered now for six days. I have one unanswered after three days.

What portal address have you used ? Where did you pay ? - I'm wondering with some of these issues I'm seeing here if people have bought/paid through a third party, or a site that's not actually "Gamers".

They aren’t responding to my 24/7 tickets. I paid yesterday but I always had to send an email telling them I had paid. I did exactly that and told them my receipt says paid for 2/2026-5/2026 which is incorrect. It’s actually for 8/2026-10/2026. Today I received an overdue notice for 8/2026-10/2026. I paid already. No tickets being read. No response. No anything.

Mine was answered in the early hours. I have service again. I’m still showing an overdue invoice. It may take them a bit to fix that. Glad to be able to get back to football!
