Games Masters IPTV

The EPG is not updating again, but I'm only having a problem on some devices, not others. Open a ticket if you like.

Edit: EPG issues appear to have been cleared.

You can use any IPTV app to view the service on. Just login thru XTreme Codes Login and enter the server url..username..and password. Do you need help downloading an app to use?
 
Anyone her watch the fight last night? It was working flawlessly except for the main event, buffering started at the beginning (not excessive but it happened few times) and ended right when the leg snapped lol. I'm wondering if it was just me or the server traffic was too heavy?

I admit to foolishly staying up to watch it last night. However, I watched it on a different service and it was flawless. It was on several channels actually, spreading the load. Don't know how many GM was offering.

I believe it was on 3. All of them had this slight buffering. By the time I went thru them couple times the fight was over 😃

Yes, I realize that can happen if a system is somewhat overwhelmed.

I don't use their EPG data. I use epg.best. Epg.best has more correct guide data, and I can exclude groups and channels I don't want.

TBH I do not know. I have a Mobus sub, and I used bitcoin via coinbase. Outstanding service.

Portal unresponsive. Service appears to function albeit extremely slowly. EPG has been updated.

Update: Portal up and working. Service appears normal. I assume there was some maintenance taking place earlier.

go to the client area and open a ticket giving them your username and email address. explain what happened they should restart your service.

I use xciptv. All channels work fine but there is no closed caption as it was earlier. I push the ok button and choose cc and got message no subtitles available. Is there any solution. Thanks in advanve

Do no channels have CC? I currently do not have XCIPTV installed, but just randomly while I had TiviMate loaded turned CC on for A&E and they are working.
 
Hi there community, using the IPTVSmarters on my Nvidia shield, however US channel take for ever to finally load then just keep buffering... cleared all data, cache, actually did a log out and new log in, still having the same issue.... only my 24/7 channel seem to run flawless... any ideas? TIA

Have you tried a different app? Or at a minimum uninstalled and reinstalled what you're using?
 
client area loads fine dmd you the url. you may have to clear cache or somethin.

The EPG is failing to update. Again.
 
If you're getting a "security warning" trying to access the portal, so is everyone else.

Have a look at the portal in the invoice section and see if there is a new invoice that's ready for payment.
There was an outage on the site for a good portion of Friday and Saturday and it might have created a problem getting invoices out.
If there is no invoice, open a ticket. There is a section in ticketing for "accounts and billing". I'm sure you'll sort it out.
