You may need to upgrade to the latest version, I am having the same issue with XCIPTV but Tivimate and X-stream codes in Kodi both work fine.

I see everyone asking for new url. Did I miss something? Other than my epg not updating all the time like it's supposed and occasional moments of buffering to I haven't had any issues.

If you’re not having any issues outside of EPG occasionally when they update it, your most likely using the current best url. If you experience anything outside of that, feel free to message me for another url to try.
