Hi all,

Just wanted to put up a proper post to introduce Stream Player and explain exactly what it is.

Stream Player is a platform/interface built for service providers who want a clean, modern way to deliver their own services through a secure web player.

The aim behind it is simple:
to give services a better-looking, smoother, and more user-friendly platform that feels more premium than the usual basic layouts.

What Stream Player includes

- Web-based player access
- APK version for supported devices
- Live TV layout support
- Movies and series layout support
- EPG integration
- Sports sections and improved browsing layouts
- Ongoing development, updates, and improvements

What Stream Player is not

Stream Player does not provide any content.
It is purely the platform/interface side, designed for providers and service users to use with their own services.

What this section will be used for

I’ll be using this section for:

- updates
- new features
- layout previews
- support info
- general discussion around Stream Player

I’m always working on improving it, so there will be plenty more to come.

Today has been a good one for Stream Player.

A lot of the issues people keep running into with other web players are exactly the things I’ve been working hard to improve and iron out.

No sound issues.
No HLS errors.
No random “can’t play stream” messages.
No IP tracking headaches.

That is the difference when real problems are actually being worked on instead of ignored.

Stream Player is being built to be clean, stable, and reliable, with proper attention going into performance and the user experience rather than just throwing something out and hoping for the best.

Still more to come, but days like today show exactly why I’ve been putting so much into it.

Hi mate,

Yes absolutely, you can test it on your Husham Stick.

I can send you the app details so you can get it installed and have a proper test of it.

The main version right now is aimed more at Android / Firestick-type devices. There isn’t a dedicated Windows or Mac app at the moment, but that side can be looked at separately as things move forward.
