Unable to pay my invoice

I am unab to pay my Gamers invoice. Once I log into the URL provided and click on billing or anywhere in the portal nothing comes up. How can this be fixed so I can pay my bill?

Try opening a ticket within the portal or reply to your invoice email they sent you.

It will not allow me to even open a ticket.

Then do a reply to your invoice email. Tell them what’s going on.
