Tivimate showing epg and shows Account Expired

Both my tivimate and Gamerz accounts are active. When looking at tvguide it shows channels but when I click on any channel is gives a big red EXPIRED stamp and black words under saying "YOUR ACCOUNT HAS EXPIRED PLEASE CONTACT YOUR SELLER TO RENEW"

Is it only on tivimate? You might need to put in a support ticket to have the refresh your account. I know this happens a lot with other folks and they had to do that also.
