Tivimate not displaying any programs

Not sure what I did but I sure could use some help with my Tivimate EPG. My premium subscription is active. My EPG is there along with all of my favorite channels however, when I select any program to view, the screen goes dark. The program will not be displayed. I did a "clear cache" and "clear data". I believe that clearing the data may be the problem. If so, I do not know how to restore it. I did not initially back it up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
