Talking Pictures and BBC 4

I often find much of UK TV is down for me, especially problematic are Talking Pictures and BBC 4, which are both down for me currently. Does anyone know of a more reliable service with regards to UK channels?
 
If bbc content is a priority for you, I'd look into a dns proxy or vpn and then just use the bbc iplayer. This would also open up itv, channel 4 and 5 u.k content as well. Outside of a reliable iptv service, a good dns proxy or vpn is probably the best way to guarantee what you watch through the bbc without any streaming problems.
