My siptv is not working. Won’t load just a blue screen and the whirly circle. Been like this for a day now

And as soon as I report it, bingo it starts working haha

And it's back to not working again. SIPTV opens then doesn't load anything. All I get is the whirling circle underneath the arrow. I tried dumping my cache which fixed it last time but not this time
