Saphire maintenance

Hey guys, tried signing onto Saphire and couldn't, then went to the website to open a ticket to see if the url changed. The site says down for maintenance. Does anyone have any insite info?

Based on the search results on your screen, the Sapphire IPTV billing portal (billing site url redacted) is currently offline due to emergency maintenance.

The site is displaying a "Down for Maintenance (Err 3)" status message. According to the notification on the page, the servers are undergoing maintenance tonight and may experience intermittent outages or go down for roughly 15 minutes at a time.

If you are trying to process a payment, renew a subscription, or log into your billing account, try refreshing the page after waiting 15 to 20 minutes once the maintenance cycle completes.

Well i just now tried logging into the service and it now works.....so cool it's back up and running

Good to hear. These somewhat cryptic messages can be frustrating at times. Glad you're all sorted out.
