reset tivimate

so i have 2 shields with tivimate prem unlocked ,the 1 works great and the other has issues with buffering and looping, i know its just a player but have the same playlist loaded on both, i have played with it so much i know the setting is off is there any way i cand start over and not have to reload all my playlist ?

i have you tried backing up your settings on the one that works, then you can restore that to the one that does not. I would uninstall tivimate on the one that does not work, then reinstall, then restore the back up.

i am going to try backup to cloud with file explorer then restore from that ,if i do this it should over write whats there ?
