I attempted to reset my account but email did not come through. How can i confirm if my account was removed?

I'm unclear what you're asking. Do you want your account reset, or canceled?
I assume you want to cancel. If you no longer have service then that would confirm your account was removed.
If you still have service. Log into the portal and open a ticket.
