Purchased lifetime plan but wont log me in

I have an issue to retrieve my password? I don't get the mails and i took a lifetime subscription the 14/05/21... any help would be welcome!

He’s in another country. It may take a day or so for a reply..but you will get one. He’s real good about replying to his emails.
