I have used 4 out of 5. and it shows me that the limit is used
Download the TiviMate Companion App. Sign in with your Google credentials. You should see a list of your devices. You can delete one there if you need to. You can also see how many devices you have on your premium account.

yes i did shows me that i use 4 out of 5 and yet it won't let me add 5
Device settings > Apps > TiviMate > Force stop >Clear cache > RESTART device.
If that doesn’t help..uninstall TiviMate and reinstall it. Then try unlocking premium again. Make sure your VPN is OFF (if you use one) when unlocking premium.

Where did you purchase your subscription thru? If you purchased thru the Google Play Store and you are trying to activate premium on an Amazon device..it won’t let you. Amazon devices can’t access the Play Store to verify your subscription. In order to have devices added to premium that are Android as well as Amazon..you need to purchase a sub thru TiviMate Companion using your Gmail email.
