Portuguese channels are off for a couple of days already, I have open a new ticket but no answer from them. just got an email with new invoice for the month.
Usually they do fix it eventually, but it can take longer than expected. I’d suggest keeping the ticket open and maybe following up again, just so it doesn’t get lost. In the meantime, you could try clearing cache or reinstalling the app, though in most cases it’s on their side, not yours.
