Hello, my service has been down for hours. Anyone else experiencing this?

I can't find old emails so I don't have link to create a ticket. Grrrr...!

Login where you pay your bill and open a ticket. That’s what I did

I spoke too soon, the home page came up, but, I can't sign in. I had some errands to run and waited until I got back to try. GRRRRR I just got a time out.
