Has anyone else gone through the issue with ur tivi provider not working. We use tivi---- and use ods for service and can't even get on the site to check payment info. Is pds down?

Pretty sure it's down. I cannot get to the provider website either and can't access content on any devices.

Glad I’m not the only one having issues. But now it’s working, well kinda buffering every min or so. So annoying and still can’t get on the website

It’s working now, but it buffers about every minute. It’s very frustrating, and I still can’t access the website.

Sounds like a server or provider issue. Hopefully the service comes back soon. Outages like this are really frustrating.

I'm seeing the same error. It may be a temporary outage or SSL issue. Have you tried another browser or checked their status page?

Are you all referring to PDS? This is a PDS thread, and the portal is working well.

yeah it shows that all of the url links in the payment email shows bad or can’t be found

I always pay at like 3am give or take and I've never had an issue except that one a few months back. That screwed me up but since then, all good here. Kinda wish they added movies and tv shows back though
