Pds server changed As of 23/08/2026

I've entered new dns and it's working as the old one was. But since this morning, a lot of the 24/7 are down. I use Tivimate, XCIPTV,sparkletv with VPN and no VPN and cellular with the same 24/7 down. Examples --- Yellowstone, walking dead, Simpsons,Bigbang, supernatural,southpark, NYPD blue,night court etc etc...more also.
Working yesterday but not now with or without new dns. Thx

I can see there are a number of 24/7's out with gamers. With 2k of them, it might not be unusual to have some out, but there are a fair number. I am not, however, seeing those out on other services, so the only thing to do is open a ticket with them about it.
 
I created an account here just to get assistance with this. I have a PDS subscription and today noticed it wasn't working. I updated my setup to use the new URL - without the https. I am able to sync the playlist successfully, however no channels work. Is the service down or am I doing something wrong?

I just took a look, and at a glance the service is working. There were some 24/7s that weren't working, but otherwise I was just able to pull up channels in all the sections I tried. Try backing out, force closing, clearing the cache, and when reloading your app, refresh the playlist again.

Hey, thanks for the response, tried all of that and nothing is working. I tried using a couple different clients including my Channels DVR and no streams will load at all, but the playlist itself updates fine. I do use a special playlist that I created using m3u4u to perma-filter the channels I don't want to see, but even with discarding that and using the PDS info directly it still does not work.

Where do I enter the new DNS address ? I use Tivamate on a 4K Firestick with an Asus wireless router.

The new URL for the "server address" is active. What's unclear for now is when the old servers will expire. We'll announce it as we learn.
