Need help I signed up on my account for my son, unfortunately I made a mistake typing my email address, I sent a follow to them a couple of times that gave my correct address they took payment out but have not heard back back on my response about anything or giving me the new log in info, any help is appreciated

Well alist for me wasn't, but i notice that my subscription wasn't updated after payment. My sub is for 6 months I think that was the problem subscription weren't updated after payment
My payment was processed on July 18 2026
i received an invoice due on 8/18
I took multiple open tickets till some actually audit my and reset mu account! Same happened to my friends sub!!
So next time send out a ticket with payment confirmation specifically if you payment is for multiple months asked to reset your subscription

I’ve messaged in the support about my quarterly payment almost a month ago and have opened a second support ticket just incase first fell through the cracks but neither have been replied to or my dates correctly amended so not sure what’s going on but support has totally disappeared. Been with pds live and gamemaster for years and never has there been such lack of support
