Nvm got it, xciptv itself was cooked. Seemed to still be working for a bit despite the flags but now its officially down.

How i solved it, downloaded iptv smarters pro from toms hardware.

Yes, if you were using a Fire device, Amazon killed it. I believe it's still available on the Google Play Store.
