We experienced constant and unfortunate DDOS attacks for two days straight.

Luckily they targeted only our backup servers.

We remained vigilant all day and night and unfortunately they managed to destroy our backup servers.

Rest assured our live systems have been working, and we managed to secure replacement backup servers just in case ;)

All systems are online now. No one should have been interrupted which is a brilliant result ;)

We wanted to provide a quick update regarding the buffering issue on live TV channels and 24/7 streams.


Our servers are perfectly fine with no issues at all. Most servers are performing great. The problem appears to be caused by certain ISPs throttling users’ connections.


Quick fix that works for most users:Try using a VPN or switching to a hotspot , this usually resolves the buffering immediately.


We appreciate your patience and understanding. The issue is not on our end, and we’ll continue monitoring the situation.

change VPN setting to protocol open VPN TCP
also try countries like Israel or Morocco or UAE or some other one.. just try to avoid USA. its number 1 throttling right now
 
That did the trick
Remember the real problem is always looking for a way to block you ..
Your ISP might actually notice your VPN protocol changed .. so they will attempt to throttle again..
if that happens .. change country. ;)
 
My buffering has been fixed, but now my guide from Tivimate is all “no information”
The last EPG update may have failed. Go to Settings / EPG, scroll down and see what "Latest update status" says. In any event hit "Update EPG" to refresh it.

I must be missing something or have the best ISP in the USA.
