Newbie trying to get Tivimate Premium

I've used IPTV for a while, and now want to use Tivimate.
I've followed all of Troypoint's instructions, but Tivimate Companion - which is needed to obtain Premium - always says "try later".
Is there any know reason or workaround for this?

Make sure your VPN (if you use one) is turned off when trying to login. If you continue to get that error message..try deleting and reinstalling the TiviMate Companion App. You can install the app on your Android phone:
