Has anyone had an issue of missing groups / channels? I noticed about a week ago I was missing a few groups and channels and thought they were down for maintenance but it appears they were removed when I looked at the changes by provider menu on M3U4U. I'm missing all of the NHL / NFL channels and half of the USA HD / USA TV channels plus some of the STARZ / Showtime channels and all of the local NBC channels.
