I was recently having problems to unlock my tivimate premium, which I do every year.
So it was going through with my bank. Don't know why from my end. Just kept saying payment declined. So I paid through my Vodafone mobile.
I have noticed it has taken it off my bank account and took another payment from my Vodafone payment. Thats 2 x£ 9.99 for 1 years subscription, on the 7 of April 2023.
I have contacted Vodafone they can't refund. I have contacted and emailed tivimate. They haven't responded.
