I can’t get the website to pull up to make a payment.

I've been getting 'line is expired' message & accompanying irritating music for over a week - have opened ticked & no response for several days.
My account is paid quarterly & good thru January .. ????

It's been my experience that the pages are very slow to load. Just click on it and give it time to load up
