Is it down? No service/can’t connect to website

The service is not working on any device or app (iOS/Kodi/Android) and I cannot connect to the website, even to pay my invoice due in 6 days. Was all working fine an hour ago, anyone else having problems?

I just logged in. no issues here in TX...

Just got back to my house to check it out again, service is back up thankfully. I still can’t get past the login screen on the website, loads forever. At least I’ve got a few days to keep trying lol.
