I got my bill paid, but could not see any info as I typed.

I have unsuccessfully tried to pay my PDSlive bill the last few days. The problem has been when I type in the CC #, it does not show up in the box, nothing appears as I type. So, today, I typed in my CC # and I waited several minutes hoping it just might appear with a delay. It never appeared. So, went ahead typed in the expiration date and the 3 digit code on the back of the card, I did this in the blind, I still could not see anything appear on the screen. I hit pay and it processed, I downloaded my paid receipt and shortly after I received an email saying my invoice was paid. I don't know why that can't get their very slow, very bugging site working, it has been months.
