Hi I purchased tivimate on Google play store but keep saying is expired when I just pay yesterday and they actually charge me twice as well any idea
 
If you did purchase using Google playstore then you your purchase should show up in Google store subscription or purchases

Also if there is two of them showing in Google. Ask for one to be cancelled from Google

As far as login in. It should be your email or your Id to login.
