For the last four questions; there is no new URL for the service. Nothing has changed. The portal has not changed, but there appears to be an issue for some people logging in to their accounts. 1. Keep trying 2. If necessary request a PW reset 3. Possible neither work right away. 4. If you have, and you probably do in your inbox/archive reply to an old email asking for assistance. But, the system is up and the portal is up.
