Having trouble with IPTV Smarters Pro playlist not loading properly

Hey everyone,

I recently started using IPTV Smarters Pro on my Firestick and I'm running into some issues. My playlist loads fine on my phone app, but when I try to sync the same M3U URL on the Firestick version, it either times out or shows a blank channel list.

I've double checked my Xtream Codes login details and they seem correct.

Is this a common bug with this app, or could it be a device specific issue? Has anyone found a reliable fix, like clearing cache or reinstalling?

Would appreciate any tips before I contact my provider.

When you say you 'double checked my Xtream Codes....' I'm unclear if you used them or the M3U. Why not just use the Xtream Code on the Firestick? If you change it, force stop, clear cache, and also look at the stream format and change it from .ts to HLS (or the other way 'round, what works better). Also try an external player like VLC, and lastly make sure you have enough storage space on the device.
