I have been using Titimate with Google TV without issues but about a month ago I got an request from Google TV; For the app to operate correctly, please allow Tivimate to display over other apps. No matter what I have done I just cannot get it to work,.. Any suggestions how to get Tivimate to work again on Google TV stick?

Sounds like you have the new up-to-date Tivimate application, I would look at rolling it back a version of you didn't have this issue before?
Personally haven't had the issue myself with the new version, but it does seem like everyone is having different issues with the application.

My Tivimate/Google Chromecast has never worked properly from the get-go. Constant buffering no matter what I try. Not quite as bad on some live broadcasts, but as for watching anything recorded, like a movie, forget it.
