Hi there! I've chatted with you before a few years ago. I have been trying to access the portal to pay my bill for days with no success. I even emailed three times with no response. I would greatly appreciate a link. Sick family member goes into crisis if they can't use the service. Thank you.
 
Guys I don't think there is an alternate link, the one that Husham gave me a couple days ago was just the same one I've always used.
You're right, the payment link we have received has been the same link we've used all this time ago. So there's no "alternative, new, side" link. Whatever you want to name it.

It's clear that the portal is having issues, and because of that we can't logging into the portal to make our payments, and so renew our sub(s).

Hence would be great to have a word from any of the admins explaining us what's going on with the current portal, or if they'll enable a replacement portal, instead answering with just silence.

So far we don't even have any idea when it'll be available again, and in the meantime our subs are about to expire or already expired, and we don't have any alternatives to renew our sub(s) or they have made available an alternative way to renew our sub(s) 😢

I have managed to speak to admins but they tell me they are working on it.
For now I'm trying to keep the peaceful coexistence ( id there is such a think )

I kept trying to log in most of the night and it eventually let me in and I got to pay my invoice. It looks like it will let you in, just had to keep trying.
 
Hello, I'm having the same issue with the payment portal, so if there is some alternate link that works please share that with me. Otherwise I guess I'll just have to wait and maybe read a book or go outside instead. :p
 
Just checked my spam folder in my email. They automatically took payment yesterday for my service and emailed me the payment confirmation. Everyone should check there to see if you have already paid. If you have a card on file I bet it has already been paid and you are good to go.

After trying to pay for the last week with no success, my account expired this morning so I just got a trial with another service. I've been with these guys several years and am disappointed with the way they've handled this situation. They know there is an issue with their payment portal, so common sense says they would temporarily freeze our due date or give a grace period or anything to prevent long standing customers from needing to seek services elsewhere.
 
Did they cut your service off ? You would think if they knew there was payment issues they would not.......................................
