I've been trying to get into the payment portal for more than a week. I have 2 accounts and am unable to log into my account or

I have been trying for more than a week at different times of the day and night, no luck. My services are expiring this weekend. Why is the simple task of logging into your account and paying an invoice such a huge issue with this service.

Husham, payment portal has been down for more than a week. I have 2 accounts and can't log into either one to make payment. Both accounts are now expired. Why let accounts expire for all of your customers when we can't even log in and make payments? If there is a new payment link could you please send. Much appreciated.

Can I get in on this as well? Been down all week, patiently waiting for their portal to come back up. Even emailed them, which is usually good enough to get a new link or get my service restored until the portal comes back up
