So this worked for me
:2086 is the crucial step
Clear cache
Force close
Reboot router and modem
Reboot STB
Open TiVimate
And life is good again
My service is back on. I am using xtreme codes login in With Tivimate. It is important that you have :2086 after the words in your service url.
