Correct, new service isn't available from the portal. You can check in another forum and see if there is a reseller(s) I suppose.

I put in a support ticket because I could not access anything. They reset my account and now when I log in I get “Your account has been expired”. I’ve read through a few pages of messages but I’m not sure what’s going on. Can anyone here help?

Any resetting suggestions? I've cleared cahe, force stop and rebooted the modem. It still has buffering issues
 
notwithstanding trolls and egomaniacs feel free to post as that one is no more.
