yes its seems to be down, i havnt tried with a vpn but my backup service is flaky right now too.

I'm using Sapphire Secure. I prefer GM -- more channels, and a really good 24/7 selection -- but for $5 a month, it's worth it to have another source.

theres a forum for alternatives last time i looked there were de c ent ones but husham has listings on homepage.
