I've never seen a "Sling" outage like that. I'm watching the Argentina match on Fox 4K now.You're totally right the FOX 4k channel for what I requested help here on this forum and by opening a ticket in the portal, began to work again until today.
I just checked it a couple of minutes ago.
Didn't know they were not replying to tickets, that sounds pretty bad. I've been also with them since they began with this service, if I remember well when this was called TPK.
Hopefully they'll continue attending and solving tickets again, as I really like the service, BTW the following channel has been also streaming 1920x1080 but nothing beats 4K lol, hence the request to fix the reported channel.
By checking the attached image you can check what was appearing for days on this channel instead of showing the usual content that Fox should be streaming on these FIFA Worldcup days.
Would like to watch today's main match @ 4K if would be possible.
