Was weird too everyone seemed to get new passwords but mine never changed. I asked a mod about it and he said just leave it be LOL!The whole discord server has been removed and the portal I used to pay for services is just a white screen
Anyone know how I can get my user name and password?

Instead of opening a ticket to have invoices cancelled, you may open a self-serve cancel request via the "Request Cancellation" button in the service details for the product with any reason and the account plus associated invoices will be cancelled automatically.

I got banned because I said the server was down and they said it wasn't so they banned me. Those guys are self-entitled arrogant jerks.
Thanks for posting, really appreciate it. What’s the next step? I’ve only ever used gamemaster and kodi, don’t feel like going back to kodi.. any thoughts or do you think these folks will get it working again?

Yes the discord link has expired due to it hitting near cap, but now has been completely taken down today

Haven't heard anything about that yet. The main gm portal is down atm and the portal I used (http://vklubhost.com/) is just a white screen
Yup just keep track of your username and password, and replace the links tivimate uses for the ones i posted above

There is a backup Discord, but I cannot give it out. From one of the mods from the closed discord:
"I can't repeat this anymore the next step is for me just to close this room to make it read only because everybody is speaking over my posts and the message is not getting through please if you see people asking you can go ahead and tell them what the issue is we are down the servers are down for the weekend I cannot do anything about it my hands are tied when things get better I will post more as I know more whatever you do do not send payments because I cannot give you any product at the moment and I ask you please not private message me because I just received 309 private messages today alone and all the information is the exact same I cannot do anything about the servers I'm sorry"
