Try downloading TiviMate Companion:

TiviMate Companion - Apps on Google Play

The companion app for TiviMate IPTV player. It is not IPTV player!

They claim the “forgot password” link in there works.

Also..try your password for the Google Play Store too. Hope you get it figured out. Please share if you do and what process worked for you..to help others with the same issue. Thanks!
