You didn't indicate if this was a new service, or if your EPG has previously always been working well.
There are times when service providers have a problem and the EPG can go down for an indeterminate period of time.

Have you tried a different app to see if the EPK is working? Have you contacted your service provider to see if there is a temporary problem with the EPG?
