I cant get any channels to load. Cleared tivimate data and re entered url info and nothing. Opened a ticket and got a msg saying account activated and if I know how to use app it should be working. Its not. Used the url in the email response do im pretty sure its up to date

for some theres a bug in the new tivimate v3 try this
Settings
Playlist
Select Playlist at top
Extreme codes parameters
Output format
Change to HLS
Apply changes
Then change back.
