Customer service still functioning?

Hi, so basically I'm getting awfully close to my service expiration date, Trying to renew with asking for a payment invoice, but no response from the ticket I've sent to customer service. All the recent post threads on this forum show the same issues. What I'm trying to find out is how many are still waiting for a payment invoice? Did customer service eventually reply or did some of you just throw in the towel and sign up with another service?

I've been with these guys for way over a decade and that month to month automatic payment notification rarely happened, so I constantly had to contact customer service to get a monthly invoice to keep the service running. Ended up switching to yearly a few years back, but my personal ongoing problems have been not getting into the payment portal, payments not going through or no response from customer service tickets or even after I paid, service still expired. Seems lately things are just getting worse.

May have to jump ship. I'm grandfathered in which is what kept me coming back, but if my account expires, through no fault of my own, I won't have a choice but to move on.

I don't know what to suggest if they have been unresponsive to a ticket. The site is up and functional. I got a bill around the 24th of August that I paid. I've not needed to communicate with them. My account, too, is ancient.
 
Thanks for the response. I'll just hold out, maybe open up a second ticket and hope for the best that someone on their end catches up with the backlog. As much as things can get frustrating with payment portals and communication, I'm still happy with their overall service and would gladly sign for another year if I can just get the invoice, pay for the service, and be done with that side of things for another year.

I would definitely open another ticket. After all, who knows what happened to the first. Looking back they’ve never had a strong history of communicating and at times arbitrarily cancel subs, etc. I’m happy to be grandfathered in but any more isn’t worth the price.

I have also had mine from the early days of being a free service. I just pd again for another month (Oct 1) all I do is click on the invoice where it says pay and it goes to the site. Personally I haven’t had to open a ticket in years.
Something that I learned years ago about streaming is always have a backup.
 
I envy how consistent things have been for you with them sending an automatic invoice. Never had one of those in years. It's not like it's ending up in a junk email folder either. I've always had to chase customer service, in order to receive an invoice, to prevent the service from expiring, and that got really old with a monthly service, hense me switching over to a yearly payment.

Unfortunately, still waiting for a response from customer service with asking for an invoice and that's after opening up a second ticket. No idea what the problem is here. Using the same portal as far as I can remember, so it can't be that. I've got a week left out of my year for them to send me an invoice. After that, looks like I'll be searching for another service.

Did a trial with IPTV universe. Decent selection, but what they said they had with 24/7 tv channels and what they actually offered were night and day. Also, two of the regional channels I use didn't work, so I'm still looking for a service like pdslive that offers a vast 24/7 tv channel selection, along with working local channels.

Anyway, if for some reason customer service gets back to me and I manage to receive and pay the invoice, I'll let you know. Until then, just currently looking for alternatives just in case.
 
Just a follow-up. Received an invoice and paid it successfully. All good. Customer service must have saw my latest ticket and just sent the invoice. Hopefully no issues for another year. Crossed fingers.
 
While I do get a PDSlive reminder in my mail every month, I have had a very difficult time paying my bill.
Their site is extremely slow, I had my credit card info removed from their site. I can't see anything in their
invoice window as I type. Does anyone else have any of these problems?
